Congratulations to all the MMOTY nominees! Thank you to those who nominated these outstanding managers. From experience it feels great to have others notice the passion and hard work put into a career. I hope being nominated is a reminder of how you got to where you are today; why and how you do what you do; and gives you strength to continue to go above and beyond. I went through four stages for my journey from being nominated until the National Conference: first—was the excitement, surprise, and honor that I was nominated for this prestigious award; second—came taking the time to look back over my training, experiences and accomplishments then figuring out how to condense and submit the information; third—was the relief that everything was submitted and the reflection of seeing the details of my career path on paper; fourth—was wondering how my submission compared to the others. Therefore my fellow nominees, during this time leading up to conference I will advise you to sit back and marvel in all you have done to get where you are today and mostly just enjoy being nominated. You are all winners already and impressive representatives of PAHCOM!
