Chapter Officer Tools

Introducing the new Chapter Officer Tools management console.

Chapter Officers may now add their chapter events to the Education Calendar, update their own Chapter's Page in the National Chapter Directory, submit Chapter News, upload Newsletters, submit Treasury Reports, and print meeting attendance sheets, and more. You must login to the PAHCOM site so that the system recognizes you as an officer and grants access to these tools.

Journal - Chapter News

Share your stories in The PAHCOM Journal. Chapter News is a column we run in every issue and it's designed to share chapter happenings with PAHCOM members. Even if you only submit a photo of your group at a monthly chapter meeting, we love to see your smiling faces... the faces of PAHCOM :-)

On the homepage we have a news feed. You are welcome to make announcements there for your chapter. Much like the journal, these can be events or any other news you have to share. Unlike the journal, news here is posted usually within one business day.

Chapter Webpage

Chapter Officers have direct access to update Chapter Contact information and add any other information you deem appropriate at any time. PAHCOM Members click here for more information including format and component requirements.

E-mail Blast

We do not disclose email addresses for members except in select cases where members have authorized us to (like chapter primary contacts, for example). We will, however, forward email from Chapter Officers regarding chapter activities to active members of PAHCOM in the local area. This is most often used for event announcements and is great for short time frame requirements.
