Annual Conference Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to PAHCOM ([email protected] ; you must receive confirmation of receipt).
For attendees:
Cancellations received by August 1, 2013, will be granted a 100% refund, less a $150 processing fee.
Cancellations received between August 2 and September 15, 2013, a 75% refund will be granted, less a $150 processing fee.
NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be issued after September 15, 2013.
For Exhibitors:
Cancellations received by August 1, 2013, will be granted a 90% refund.
NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be issued after August 1, 2013
For Sponsors and advertisers:
NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be issued after August 1, 2013
