Annual Conference Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to PAHCOM ([email protected] ; you must receive confirmation of receipt).
Cancellations received by August 5, 2011, will be granted a 100% refund, less a $150 processing fee. For cancellations received between August 6 and Sep. 16, 2011, a 50 percent refund will be granted, with a zero processing fee.
NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be issued after Friday, Sep.16, 2011.
