Advertising & Promotional Opportunities

Advertise in the Conference Program $575

Every attendee receives a conference program upon check-in at the event. Invite them to visit your booth with a half page color advertisement in their program. This opportunity is available for Exhibitors and Session Sponsors only.

Include your item in the Conference "Goodie Bags" $600

Every attendee will receive a bag upon check in at the event that includes their Conference Program, a 25th Anniversary PAHCOM Lapel Pin, fliers, and other logo goodies. Ship your item ahead of time and we'll include it in these bags. This opportunity is available for Exhibitors and Session Sponsors only.

Exhibitor Reception Drink Tickets $99 (pack of 10)

For use at the exhibitor reception (in the exhibit hall) where we'll be serving heavy hors d' oeuvres with a cash bar. Share your drink tickets with booth visitors and enjoy the reception.

Come to "Fun Night" (Pre-Conference) $65pp

Everyone is invited to Fun Night on Monday evening, including Exhibitors and Sponsors. This is a fun and relaxing, meet and greet event. It is not for hard selling or promotions. Since Exhibitors set up on Monday, this event is a good opportunity to mingle and dine with attendees before the big exhibit hall opening the next morning.

Hospitality Suite (Pre-Conference) $1200

Monday night after the opening Fun Night, members will still be arriving for the conference. We're offering one hospitality suite for one vendor to throw an after-party for attendees. Signage will be posted at the hotel registration desk and promotions of your event will be distributed the week ahead of the event alerting them to plan to attend your party after the opening Fun Night. Outfit the room as you wish and we'll make sure everyone knows your party is THE place to be.
