Airlines
United Airlines is offering special meeting discounts for attendees of the PAHCOM meeting. Simply call (or have your travel agent call) our Special Meeting Desk at 800/521-4041 and refer to Meeting ID Number 550KO to receive a 2%-15% discount off applicable fares. If you purchase your ticket at least 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an additional 5% discount (on most classes of service). Flights that qualify for the discount will be clearly identified with a green star symbol, which means that the itinerary is "electronic certificate eligible." When you select an electronic certificate eligible flight, United will automatically calculate and present your discounted fare. Ground Transportation
The Millennium Hotel St. Louis is just 15 minutes away from Lambert International Airport. To make a reservation with TransExpress Shuttle (reservations are required after 5 pm), call 800/844-1985 ($15 one way or $25 roundtrip from the airport to the hotel). Taxis are also an option and can be found outside of baggage claim. If driving to the hotel, directions can be found at the Millennium Hotel St. Louis Web site, www.millenniumhotels.com/millenniumstlouis. Onsite parking at the hotel costs $16 per day.
Weather/Attire
In September, the average high in St. Louis is 81°F and average low is 61°F. Business casual attire is recommended and includes comfortable dresses or skirts, pants, or slacks and collared shirts or blouses. The temperatures in hotel meeting rooms may not be right for everyone, so dress in layers, with sweaters, blazers, or tailored jackets that can be added and removed.
