Regional Extension Center Helps Practices Navigate Electronic Health Records and Attain Meaningful Use

The Center for the Advancement of Health IT (AHIT) is a federally recognized Regional Extension Center (REC) program that offers subsidized education and consulting services to medical providers who wish to adopt or upgrade Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and attain "Meaningful Use" of those systems.   AHIT is a program of Community Health Centers Alliance which has over a decade of experience implementing health IT systems in the Florida medical community.
