Originally founded in 1988, Plettner-Hart Management Consultants, now Sheakley Medical Management Resources (SMMR), is a company dedicated to meeting the growing needs of physician practices through responsive, cost-effective, high-quality centralized billing and accounts receivable management services.

SMMR currently partners with practices ranging in size from the solo practitioner to the large group.
