In 2009, a short while after I started at my current practice as the operations and human resources manager, I found PAHCOM while searching for information about how to improve our revenue cycle.

I started going to PAHCOM regularly for information and loved the Listserv emails. Shortly after becoming a member in 2009, I took the exam and received my CMM certification.

I have attended all of the annual conferences since 2009 except for one. I am a big supporter of continuous learning and the PAHCOM annual conference is a great resource for that as well as for networking with peers.

I have received a lot of help from PAHCOM over the years and now I get to give back by being a member of the National Advisory Board!

I have been working in the healthcare industry for many years and I absolutely love it. I currently work as a practice administrator for a very busy independent women's imaging center in Knoxville, TN. I am a certified human resources professional as well as a certified medical manager.

I started out as the Manager of Human Resources and Operations at my current practice and worked my way up to Practice Administrator. I am a leader, a manager, a planner, an organizer, a problem solver, and a great listener.
