Jill Venskytis, CMM, HITCM-PP

I entered Healthcare in 1988 working for a Solo Practitioner in Primary Care. Eight years later he formed a group practice of which I was manager for ten years. I then moved from Primary Care to Pediatrics where I have been the Practice Administrator for a busy practice in Drexel Hill Pennsylvania. During my time in this present position as Practice Administrator we have grown from eight providers to twelve and totaling 40 employees.

In 2003 I joined PAHCOM and within the first few weeks traveled to my neighboring State to take, and pass, the CMM exam! I joined the closest Chapter, traveling 45 minutes to each meeting, where I dedicated several years on the Board. The DelCo Chapter finally opened and is located in my backyard where I currently hold the position of Chapter President.

Receiving great personal satisfaction from involvement in my community I have held many volunteer positions including: cheerleading and track coach; event coordinator; booster club president; associate athletic director; CYO bookkeeper; and donation coordinator.

In 2010 I was honored to be nominated for the PAHCOM Medical Manager of the Year award. And even more honored to have won! In 2011 I joined the National Advisory Board expanding my level of serving fellow PAHCOM members. Now in my forth year on the NAB I have been elected as Chairperson.

I enjoy contributing to creating positive experiences. My goal is to create a work environment that brings, and keeps current, the passion behind providing superior healthcare. I owe gratitude to PAHCOM for my professional growth thru the years!
